Wes has been climbing for over a decade, beginning on the classic moderate routes of North Carolina. Over the past ten years he has had the opportunity to travel to some far-flung international destinations such as Bugaboo Provincial Park Canada, Frankenjura Germany, and Chamonix-Mont Blanc France. He has also climbed extensively throughout the USA on rock and ice terrain.

Wes became an AMGA Certified Rock Instructor in 2012 and is a Wilderness First Responder.
