Course Dates and Booking

Please read through all the information below before booking a course or guided day.

CLIMBING IS INHERENTLY DANGEROUS!

It is impossible to eliminate all risks associated with climbing. Our goal is to minimize your risk, but ultimately you must assume full responsibility for your participation by signing a liability release form.

Trip Insurance: We strongly suggest you look into 'trip insurance' as this may protect you from loosing your money if you have to cancel your booking at the last minute. We have done research and have had good feedback from clients that have used AIG Travel Guard. We think it is a prudent way to protect your course and money if you have to cancel your booking. Availability: Courses and guiding is offered right through the year, yes we guide 12 months of the year as the weather can be 70° in January down here in the South! If you don't see a course date that fits your schedule, give us a call. Early booking is essential as some courses are fully booked up to 2 months in advance (especially guiding days May though September). Last minute bookings are sometimes available so please call or email the office to find out availability.

Names, phone numbers, e-mail, mailing addresses, and other personal information are collected only as part of explicit registration processes such as requesting additional information or registering for one of our events. We will not make your personal information available to anyone without your express consent unless Fox Mountain Guides, LLC has a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2) protect and defend the rights or property of Fox Mountain Guides, LLC; or (3) enforce the agreements with you.
 

Transport: It is your responsibility for your own transportation to and from the Trail Head.
 

Camping and Food: Camping and food costs are not included in any of the multiple day courses we offer (apart from our Teen Summer Camps and New Hampshire Ice Courses and Guiding).
 

Emergency Information: Please be aware that advanced medical care is normally over an hour away from the climbing and course sites, cell phones mostly do not work in the areas that the courses are run. All medical concerns, old injuries, and medications should be discussed with the Guide prior to the course or day of guiding.

AMGA SPI Program prices include the total of $140 AMGA SPI Program Licensing (and the one years AMGA Associate Membership fees for the AMGA SPI Course). There are no additional charges to you.
