Our highly trained and
AMGA Certified Instructors have years
of experience of introducing people to the world of rock climbing here in North
Carolina and across the Southeast. Get together
a group of friends and experience this amazing sport for the first time! We
offer daily trips to climbing areas in Pisgah National Forest and Crowders
Mountain State Park, other areas are available on request. A day of 'top rope
climbing'
would consist of accomplishing climbs that you feel comfortable doing and
learning about climbing safety, belaying and rappelling, equipment, climbing
ethics, and wilderness Leave No trace skills.
We also offer 2 hour beginner
lessons at Chimney Rock Park!

climb "Second Coming" (5.7, 2 pitches) on the South Face of Looking Glass

appropriately trained and certified
AMGA Rock
Instructors and Rock Guides for your trip. Our guides are the highest
trained and certified in the Southeast, and all of our guides have many years of
experience climbing all over the USA and extensively in areas across the Southeast Region. You can be sure you
will be hiring the best guide possible!
All guiding days are "one on one" unless you organize to bring friends or family with you. Multipitch guiding has a limit of 3 participants.

Advanced Trips 'Guided Single and Multi Day Aid Climbs'
Fox Mountain Guides offers
guiding on all of the Southeast aid climbs, whether you would like to do
them in a single day, or spend the night on a portaledge and do the full
value two day ascent! We have the only guides in the Southeast
that are trained and certified to guide on the longer routes that are grade
IV and V in length, (AMGA Rock Guide).
